A: All of our dedicated servers are protected by a TopLayer IPS. We have multiple firewalls in case of failure and we have a backup TopLayer IPS ready.
Q: Are dedicated servers backed up?
A: We require all dedicated servers to be backed up. We don't want you to lose anything. We take one full and nightly incremental backups. Our support staff can restore files from any complete backup performed in the last 14 days.

A: If your application stops working, first, login and run IISRESET at a command prompt. If that does not help, you can restart the server. If you're not able to connect to the server, contact support and we can restart the server for you.
